She's been in trouble with police several times and now this latest drama – a man who says she took more than $100,000 from him. On the air right now in Lansing – she uses the name Suzanne Page, but you may remember this anchor as Suzanne Wangler. She used to work as a reporter here in Detroit.
Wangler also made headlines in 2005 when she pleaded guilty to retail fraud after employees at the Westborn Market in Berkley said she tried to shoplift more than $600 in merchandise. And last summer – court records show Wangler pleaded guilty to drunk driving and child endangerment.Now instead of just reporting the news, Wangler is the subject of a story.
Former client Les Pingilley says in 2006 — Wangler was his financial advisor. She has a state license to sell annuities from insurance companies. According to her business card, her company was called “Suzanne & Co." with the slogan: “Your money's potential is our passion.
